Create an offsite team:

Dedicated resources with required skill-sets work across all time zones, providing 24×7 support are allotted at our India Development center. This model is adopted in scenarios where the project goals are well-defined and deviation from the same is unlikely. Management and communication during the course of the project is the responsibility of our project manager who works with tried and tested processes to ensure that delivery is as per the schedule.

Add developers :

Here we add developers on various ongoing projects with required skill sets. The core purpose of this provision is to augment the existing team for adding necessary expertise.

Get people onsite :

The onsite delivery model entails that skilled MS Office Solution professionals are deployed at the customer’s premises. This provision can only be for a very limited period (maximum 90 days) as per the visa rules and regulations. Pratham Software (PSI) is ready to work in the above manner immediately, subject to application and grant of necessary visas whenever such work arises. From initial consultation to maintenance and support, we combine excellent business acumen with strong inter-personal skills.

Dedicated ODC :

It is a small sub-unit, which operates like an independent entity with a dedicated manager and a permanent set-up working on multiple technologies and varied skill-sets, where we work on numerous projects for the same customer. This ensures continuity within the project and iterative use of components while continuously upgrading to market requirements and effectively addressing business critical issues.

Adopt Hybrid Model :

This model combines the best of both offshore and onsite models resulting in optimum cost and maximum efficiency. The onsite team directly interacts with the client and serves as consultants, program managers or developers depending upon the project’s requirements. The offshore team interacts only with the onsite team and provides additional support thereby reducing costs and implementation time significantly.
